Has anyone done grounding resolved the input lag?

Hi, I'm from São Paulo, Brazil. I live in an old house without grounding. Has anyone done grounding resolved the input lag?
I've been suffering from input lag since 2015, I play CS and Apex. Both games have exactly the same input lag, no hitreg, desynch, heavy mouse. The game rarely goes smoothly.
Generally at 3 am it becomes playable, I also feel on days when the city is emptier (holidays and the end of the year), the gameplay is much better and everything is more responsive.
Some tweaks (placebo) that work temporarily:
change dns to google
install warp 1111
change earphone to headset
disable/enable xmp
I'm thinking about just grounding the computer socket and making a direct connection to the main panel.
