Whats the best optimal config when you have a freesync premium monitor with a nvidia gpu?

First make sure that your card is 10x0(1050,1060,..) series and above, and connected via Display port. Those are Gsync compatible requirements.
The rest is pretty much turning on Gsync compatible in your Nvidia control panel. You would also want Vsync On and limit your FPS slightly below max refresh rate.
