Regarding Power Plans

Hello guys, I wanted to get some thoughts on power plans and their impact on performance. The main thing I wanted to note is that on Overwatch and Valorant, if I change my power plan from Balanced to High Performance or Ultimate Performance, my mouse feels more responsive. However, I see recommendations online to keep the power plan on Balanced and adjust the windows slider for my chip. I have the latest chipset drivers and bios for my motherboard. What is the proper way forward?

CPU: 5800x3d
GPU: 4080

disable usb suspend and power moderation
disable core parking
disable cpu idle state
prefer. perfomance cores

I found Melody's Low Latency Power Plan to be the best.

What is that application? I can take a look at it. I think I saw it in a video but that was a while back. Right now I am switching between stock Balanced, High, and Ultimate. I can take a look at more power options though. The main conflict I have is deciding what is the optimal power plan for latency and 1% and .1% lows in games. A lot of different suggestions.
