ingame desync (hitreg related/fast peeker) fixed with technican
my vdsl connection was not wired correctly and only wired with one wire, which led to many errors (High FEC Downstream)
after the fix its now 0 and hitreg/desync problem is gone

Good to know, but I think my desync not network related, cuz I have it even in offline dm with bots(

Basic windows ops and bios ops is where you can start.
Don't use timer commands and stuff like that, basic ethernet settings(disable power saving settings and up your receive/transmit buffers) and optimize your nvidia settings.
Disable fast startup, hard disable game bar.
Optimizing internet with a router that has QOS will also make a huge difference.
Honestly there are too many things to be looked at.

Did all that, nothing is helping with desync and heavy player model

I do advanced ops on PCS.
But personally to solve it I did an insane amount of things and can't really say which one helped, probably all of them did their part.
Premium ethernet cables,changing whole house ethernet cabling,electric panel,electric plugs,online UPS,new PC,new peripherals,new monitor,aftermarket routers and probably more things that I don't remember.

from my experience and all the knowledge from all the years on forums, input lag discord groups and all my researches...

1. the most simple way is to move out and try to find place near players that dont suffer and feel all the bad stuff online/offline...dont matter.

2. and maybe getting and buy completely new pc build and try to build a pc exact with same parts which the good players have. dont try to experiment with that and do not buy things cause you think that this gives just some more fps. just copy/paste from the good players exact the same way.

that 2 things should help for sure.

there no more options left and its all about luck or not luck.

another secret: desync and hitreg happens on all rank, stats, elo...but some just got more lucky and that all. its either the internet, location or hardware. something of that decides hard about your online gaming life and how far you able to go and what elo you reach.
my own opinion...its a combination of these 3 things and if you lucky with that internet, location, hardware combination...then everything will be fine for you and you can then fully show what you able to do with that and with your skills...

edit: myself i still dont know what the problem is and how it happen in my location but i think the problem was always here but it was just not so bad that i would notice it like today and it was more playable for me. and im sure that even with perfect condition i would reach soon or later a higher elo where i would notice this problem same like some other higher elo players here that stuck with this problems and just want to become more better and are searching for fixes...

and that reason why you can find players with all elo from low to mid to high who are talking about desync, hitreg and input lag problems. it exist at all elo but as i said already...some people are just more lucky than others and its dont rly everything just about skill but something else which handi-caps players.
and many players still cant figure out what that is and are still searching for magic fixes till today...

You would need to find a friend that no issues and test your PC at their place.
Getting the same PC as a pro player could work, but if the issue lies somewhere else you would just waste your money.
