BENQ XL2411T AMA SETTING FOR CS:GO

Hi everyone, i`m new here, ive just bought a BENQ XL2411T monitor and i use it @144hz. In cs:go i feel more confortable with the AMA setting set on PREMIUM (it feels like better response time) but, tell me masters, how is it better to keep this setting, on HIGH or PREMIUM ? Thanks

Response time is almost the same on AMA High and it has less overdrive artifacts than AMA Premium, so AMA Premium is pretty much worthless.

But hey, use whatever you want
