Online double conversion UPS then power on PC

Hi all,
I have been a member of this forum for a while and have been taking advantage of it to hear stories from other people for longer and I didn't find an example or a situation which I think needs to be explored.
So, before I write a story the question - I know that people have tried using online double conversion UPS for clean sine wave etc. but it hasn't worked while it should. However, has anyone first built a completely new system and introduced electrical power to it for the very first time via a double conversion online UPS?
I purchased a double conversion online UPS to check if my lag would subside however it didn't work. But my trouble shooting has brought me to believe that EMI noise will damage the system specially the motherboard and PSU permanently and your situation will worsen over time. Why do I think that? I recently moved my GPU 2080Ti to a friend's place in the same city of Sydney, Australia, and my GPU whined in their system, it has started to show artifacts, stutters etc. in their system too. The graphics are jaggy, and the main characters of the game seem washed out. There system was running better before that, their card didn't whine, graphics looked better.
Before you proceed, my system:
Aorus xtreme Z590 motherboard - top of the line 20+1 VRMs, 8-layer PCB, an absolute beast
Seasonic Prime TX850 titanium - absolute beast when it comes to meeting quality and durability standards
32GB denominator, i7 11700k, one M2., one SSD, one SATA
Asus RTX 2080Ti strix
Nothing overclocked apart from RAM running at 3200mhz
Not only my GPU but my elite quality motherboard also started to make whining noises.
I am clingy with resolving this issue now as I have fighting for about 10 years now. So I didn't stop. I bought a Ps5. The day I bought it there were no jaggies. It was supremely better than the 2080Ti, imagine that. Now after 2 days I have started to see jagged edges in all games. So for comparison I play the same games that I played on the PC Mortal kombat 11, Rocket league and FC24 to make a like to like comparison. It is not placebo. The ps5 has started to feel the pain as well.
This means that people who have mentioning about "infection", I didn't believe in it, but they could be right.
Harmonics are caused by as little as a dimmer in your home. Now imagine in an apartment setting what could it do! There are 100s of apartments in my complex and probably all connected to the same transformer. I do have problems like PC turning on from sleep if I turn on the bulb in the washroom or if I turn on the iron and voltage drops, LCD flickers etc. I can literally hear the LED bulb in my floor lighting fixture. Its a standard 16W bulb. I replaced it with a new one and the new one started to make the same shrill, high frequency noise which is barely audible but sensitive ear can hear. This means that there is a continuous disturbance in the supply.
Another reason to believe it's true is that laptops which are battery operated also exhibit poor behavior. This means that capacitor, inductor circuits are permanently damaged by the harmonics. And look, this is not a questionable statement. There are papers written about this. There is research about how harmonics can destroy electronics, mess up with the life of components, cause logical errors etc. Also, if you look at the causes of harmonics, as little as a dimmer can cause it. When it comes to VFDs, electrical furnaces, elevators, escalators, DC motors etc., how can one believe that you are safe from harmonics ?
Now unlike everyone claims, the problem is a lot widespread than people believe it to be. The reason is that it cannot be proven until you have high end fluke meters or oscilloscopes to measure supply quality. And its completely moronic to believe that PSUs have complete isolation from AC quality. If that's indeed the case, how on earth does my PC wake up from sleep if I turn on a bulb ? How does the voltage drop translate as a signal inside my motherboard ?
People are so ill-informed but confident. A recipe for disaster.
Anyway, I would like to know from people, if someone indeed has tried first purchasing an online double conversion UPS, put it on online mode, and then connected their newly built or newly purchased machine to the UPS and have seen any improvement ?
