Hello everyone.

First, I need say I am lay about this topic, from now on, I apologize for any stupid question.

My computer ;
XL2420Z BENQ
Firmware: V2
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: AMD 270x IceQ
RAM: 8 gb ram

My problem consist in some parts of the tutorial. In the first when I tried to use the Blur Busters Strobe Utility, worked normal I changed the configuration and I saw the monitor going more bright or darker. But, after I installed a game (APB Reloaded) when I was playing the game everything looks like more 'smooth' almost in a slow motion, but for the others players, my character was running normal. So,I restarted the computer and I tried play again in same "speed" , but the game returned to the normal 'speed'. I tried a lot of stuff to put in this 'mod' again, but I didn't have success.

So, I started doing the tutorial all over again. In the part "Additional Improvement In Ghosting: “Vertical Total 1350″', I did what it says, apparently, however I didn't see any different and the 'Blur Busters Strobe Utility' it's not working again.

I must stress, that in the 'strobelight' I waited for almost 30 minutes, and it just still loading over and over again.

In the browser test, the results are 120hz and looks like normal the 'ghosts'.

My question is, How can I do to return the game to the mode that IS described above?

I am sorry, for the 'fast report' or any grammar mistake.

Z-Series does not support Strobelight.
Z-Series requires a different program, called Blur Busters Strobe Utility (not the same thing as ToastyX Strobelight).

Go into the Z-Series on-screen menus, and enable "Blur Reduction" via the monitor menus.
Then you can download different software program, called Blur Busters Strobe Utility when it comes to the BENQ Z-Series monitor.

Thank for your answer.

Blur reduction, already was turn on.

I was using that program as I said before, but it stopped working.
I already tried a lot of thing to fix it, but when I try to change the Blur Busters Strobe Utility configuration nothing changes as before. Some time ago, was working perfectly.
