Pixel boxes appear when using 180hz

Hi,
I bought a new monitor. Model number GB-2719FQHD (local brand). 27 inch 2K FAST IPS 180hz
There is no problem at 60-144hz but When using it at 165-180 Hz I noticed that the pixel boxes were visible. It's as if the corners of the pixels are visible. I can see the pixels. It is not a dead pixel, do not confuse it with that.
It is not clear in the photo but I can see it with my own eyes during the 144hz-180hz transition.
What's the problem? Panel malfunction?
