Severe brainfog from electronics - Seeking help
For as long as I can remember, I’ve experienced severe brain fog whenever I use electronic devices. I’m usually fine for about five minutes, but then it’s like a switch flips—I start feeling like a complete zombie. My awareness and focus drop drastically, and I get this overwhelming sense of just being out of it. It’s almost as if I’m not even there, and the longer I use the device, the worse it gets.
My friends often make fun of me after I’ve been on electronics because I become really spacey and slow. It feels like my brain has to work ten times harder just to process simple thoughts. On top of that, I get slightly dizzy, my brain feels hot and like it’s pulsing (I know that sounds crazy), and my face flushes red. I’m so jealous of people who can spend all day on a computer and feel totally normal.
My symptoms are so severe that I physically can’t read a book or hold a conversation because I become incredibly slow and spacey. Even after I stop using the device, these symptoms can take hours—sometimes even days—to fade away.
This has been devastating for my life because, as we all know, electronics are essential for nearly everything these days, and avoiding them just isn’t an option. I feel like I’m stuck in a fog all the time because of these devices, and I don’t know what to do. It’s really taking a toll on my quality of life.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice on how to cope with this would be greatly appreciated. My life is falling apart because once I use a device, I essentially become useless for any other important tasks due to the severity of the fog. I eat very clean, work out, and I’m only 18—so I shouldn’t be dealing with brain fog, but here I am. I’m at a loss for what to do.
Any suggestions would be a lifesaver.

It sounds like you should be talking to a doctor about this.

a doctor won't be able to do anything, there gonna tell me rest my eyes, get sleep, and take breaks.
their advice is bs I am here to solve the problem not mitigate it.

I have had similar problems with my health. Although this is not a health forum.
The 5 most important things that have helped me:
-I have been removing gluten from my diet.
-Using only grounded appliances.
-Not using cellphone, especially not keeping it in my pocket. Use airplane mode.
-Buying a bed without metals or springs, like a futon or similar.
-And avoiding unnecessary chemicals.
And, yes the doctocs did not do anything to help.
Also there is a very good book if you want to read (I can not give to it you free).
-EMF Practical Guide: The Simple Science of Protecting Yourself, Healing Chronic Inflammation, and Living a Naturally Healthy Life in our Toxic Electromagnetic World.
I hope you will get better.

the wiring in your house has a very high level of radiation. It flows through all the walls in your house and gets into the air. You can buy a wt3121 and check it yourself (your hands can affect the numbers, so insulate the device with foil).
The reason for this is poor or no grounding.
In my multi-floor building, sometimes, the electricity is completely cut off.
I walk around the house and literally fly.
And as soon as the electricity comes back, I feel heaviness in my body and all these symptoms.
Obviously, you are very sensitive to radiation. You need to give up devices that are plugged into an socet, and start using battery-powered devices.
Also, you need to find a good doctor, have a full examination of the body and brain, to identify possible problems.

I may be wrong, but I turn into a zombie when I sit in front of PC and...
it's dust.
It's just dust. Even if I clean, it's OK for everyone, but not for me.
How do I know? Cause it's worse when it's winter, the heating is on, and the air is dry.
Also, I did test with a passively cooled miniPC and zombie mode never happened. Same when I took the PC far from monitor using cable extentions. Hours pass and nothing. I bring the PC back, 20 minutes later, I'm feeling very weak and brain fogged again.
I found out I have issues like this when there's anything "bad" in the air. I'm more vulnerable to Mycotoxins in the air (mold in air) than others. It literally can quickly go to a state so bad, I feel heart pain and am close to fainting. But if I open windows wide open in such a room, it all goes away fairly quickly despite me still being in the same place, near the same electronics.
Don't know if this applies in any way to your situation, but I thought it may, so I post it.

"What happens when you have too much glutamate? Too much glutamate in the brain can cause nerve cells to become overexcited. Overexcitement can lead to brain cell damage and/or death. In this case, glutamate is called an excitotoxin.25 Apr 2022"
