Eyestrain: in search of high-resolution gaming display

Hello,

I am in search of a high-resolution gaming display that won't cause significant eyestrain: Here are the displays that I have tried that have caused eyestrain for me in the past:

AW2725DF - QD OLED (Felt like I could use any display I wanted until I used this for about a month and my "problems" started)
LG 27GS95QE - WOLED - currently own, 3 days... is acclimation a possibility?
LG 32GS95UE - WOLED
LG 27GR93U - IPS
Iphone 15 - AMOLED

Here are devices that I currently use that do not cause me any eyestrain:

ASUS PG24QP - E-TN
DELL U2719D - IPS
Sony A80K - OLED
LG CX - OLED
Iphone SE Gen 3 - IPS

I wish it was "one thing" and then it would be easier to narrow down, but I am bothered by certain modern IPS and modern OLED panels seemingly. I have recently had a vision test, and everything came back normal (I have myopia, but my prescription is current) Any ideas? I dug around but I really couldn't find a "through line" as to why some of these displays bother me and others don't? The only theories I have are:

1. I am bothered by QD-OLED specifically
2. I am bothered by new MLA WOLED but not standard WOLED? (could the coatings be to blame?)
3. I am bothered by modern KSF phosphor, but possibly not (what were) typical IPS backlights?

Any insight, thoughts, ergonomic suggestions, acclimation tips, etc are much appreciated, as I am at a bit of a loss at this point.

Thanks!!

Both the LG & A80K are RWBG OLED's, could be the distance you sit from your A80K, which makes it work for you.
The PG248QP is a KSF-phosphor backlight display, so I don't think it's KSF phosphor you have an issue with.
It could very well just be a NanoIPS issue. The mechanism of NanoIPS displays causing the eyestrain is a unexplored topic from my knowledge.

If you want something high resolution, non-KSF, take a look at the Q24G2A (23.8" 2.5k 165hz) or EX3210U (QD-LED, 32" 4k 144Hz)
