2 curious things in my case of input lag.

I also have this input lag problem, especially on Faceit.
And I've noticed two strange things:
- just after formatting, my game is excellent until the next Windows startup, when it degrades little by little and my game becomes unplayable.
And in this case there's something I don't understand and which seems to be the precursor of my input lag, which is that after formatting I disable all the audio peripherals I don't use, I play with headphones plugged into the jack on the motherboard at the back of the PC and for some reason, after rebooting my PC a few times, the Zowie XL LCD High definition audio device REAPPEARS WHEN I HAVE DISABLED IT AND THAT'S WHEN MY INPUT LAG REAPPEARS and it's only that one that reappears, not the others.
- Second very strange thing about the CS 2 FPS benchmark test, whether I'm playing in native 1920x1080 resolution (which is also my ingame resolution) or in 1024x768, my 1% low is the same. How is this possible? With an rtx 3060 and an I5 13600KF in 1920x1080 all in low, I have a 1% low fps at 167 fps and in 1024x768 170 fps.
If someone can explain, thank you very much !
