XL2546K Tweaking Question

I've never done anything to my monitor besides the settings it comes with Dyac+ and AMA/Instant etc.
I optimized my PC to .37 DPC Latency and I guess the Utility isn't compatible with the tweaks I did. It requires Microsoft 3.5 .Net Framework but it won't download because of the tweaks etc.
Since its not working on my tweaked pc, If I do use Strobe Utility on another pc with 3.5 .Net Framework with my monitor, will the settings still stick to my tweaked pc? Or do I need to run the utility every time I use my tweaked pc?
*I haven't looked into/used the Strobe Utility at all so this question might be a stupid one*
