I got very serious electricity problems 3 years ago and it took me some time to find out its electricity related when all my devices were working very bad like inconsistent mouse feeling (chopy, not snappy, floaty feeling), screen also chopy, blury and its just disgusting because the devices are just damaged and if i use UPS on battery only it works better but still its not near perfect because of those damages electricity caused and its not only at my place its in my whole city like my work place and 2 different internet caffes old and new, i wouldnt know it can be electricity problem if i didnt googled it. My power company send me a .pdf file with harmonic results saying its all "in limit" and they dont need to do anything. I saw harmonics H5 and H6 are at >50% and i asked ChatGPT how bad is it and ChatGPT said close to 10% is high while i have it at 50%, i want to know is it that bad or what cuz all computers i used worked so bad its disgusting and its hard to imagine, last time i used a computer who didnt have problems was 3 years ago. At least now i know how to fix it, my idea is making my own power regenerator that includes 12v DC PSU, inductors and capacitors for all type of frequency range and then 12v inverter which will convert that filtered 12v DC and make a new 230v AC and in theory it should all work perfect.

For most of the time your THD is within limits. Power company is right and there is nothing you can do.
