Anyone know how to fix CS2 jitter/Async packets?

Tried everything I can think of and find online, but anytime I play faceit in NA I have constant 1ms upload jitter, and after every round of stuttering around it get this :
[CL CommandQueue] CQ: Server set re-sync at cmd 15424
[CL CommandQueue] CQ: Server set re-sync at cmd 15426
After every round on faceit servers I get this in console "[CL Command Queue] Fixed async in cmd #######" with at least 3 cmds re-synced each round, and usually I can pinpoint exactly when it happened because it will be in an aim duel where I just stutter for a second then die. This happens after every single round in every single game I play on Faceit, it does not happen in Valve servers (Casual, comp, premier) or other 3rd party servers (Cybershoke/ Praccgg)
I'm on a Wired connection, 1.5gbps FTTH, fq_codel enabled on router, tested with fq_pie and with no FQ enabled.
Edit: nevermind it's happening on all servers now not just faceit
