Desync in all games after switching to FTTH

Hello guys, Does anyone think this problem has to do with the internet? Because in my case, after they changed me from DSL to FTTH, that's what started the problems... Maybe in my case it's the internet.
I was watching videos on my Youtube channel and the setup of my desktop and the way I have the PC set up is exactly the same as now and I have videos where it worked perfectly for me but after having FTTH the problems started... What makes me Doubt whether it is a connection or not is that there are moments where it works exactly the same as how the DSL worked but after a few hours of playing everything gets worse again... The only thing that has lasted me a few days is doing something related to electricity how to buy a voltage regulator or put a javelin to ground only for the PC... But why when I had DSL did the "bad electricity" not affect the games and with FTTH it did? Does anyone have any opinion on this? Thank you so much
Any Qos in FTTH or network congestion but what does the javelin or the voltage regulator have to do with it and why does it improve when I change it? It's extremely strange, maybe someone can come up with a theory.
When I turn on the PC everything works perfectly but after a while it feels like it's charged with static and the mouse starts to get heavier and heavier, another proof that makes you think it's not the internet but the point is that the desynchronization started. When did they connect me to FTTH unless just at the time they did the FTTH installation they made some change in the electricity in my house/city if it is not inexplicable.
I also clarify that the problem begins after playing a few hours... When I play the 1-2 game everything works fine but after a while the desynchronization appears... I don't know what could be the truth but it is extremely rare that if it were the fiber optic because changing something inside my home "solves" it temporarily because if it were some Qos or something like that it shouldn't affect the network at all... I appreciate opinions
