If a game does not have native Reflex, do you guys recommend NVCP, RTTS or specialK reflex?

I am talking about triple A graphics games. Usually most of these new titles have reflex natively and that is always my go to. But if a game does not have it, what do you guys recommend for reflex?

Option 1: NVCP, I can either do low latency to "ON" or to "ULTRA." It seems ON is the better option since I read that ultra for some high CPU useage games like AC origins at the time was having frame pace issues, so instead of having to do the whole test ultra and test on, I rather not have a headache and just go for "ON" and manually cap my FPS using NVCP.

Option 2; inject reflex with RTTS

Option 3: inject reflex with specialK

Rlly it seems my best option is in game reflex with gsync and vsync on in nvcp and have it auto lock my FPS in game OR just inject it with nvcp on the "ON" setting and set a manual FPS cap if im going over my max Hz

sad thing: there is a game which has native Reflex but the reflex is so badly working that its recommended to not use it and use frame limit and vsync+gsync only instead... (its CS2 of course)
