"C:\Windows\System32\nvidia-smi.exe" -l 1
my shows 50% ingame and 10% when i move mouse on desktop with left click pressed

Are you sure you are not mistaking it for GPU usage?
ECC errors show in count, not in percentage and you have to turn on ECC on GPU to make it appear.

how do you turn ecc on gpu? where can you see status of it?
