Question about Asus TUF VG32VQ

Hi,
I have a Asus TUF VG32VQ. Should I turn on ELMB sync and or shadow boost? I set it for RTS/RPG mode and then turned vividpixel to 0 since that's what looked the best to me. Thanks for any assistance.
