(1ms 240hz )vs (0.5ms 180hz ) help!!!!

I have 2 options for a new monitor, which one should I pick. I mainly play fps. My pc can easily handle up to 300fps :
Monitor 1 has : 1ms 240hz
Monitor 2 has : 0.5ms 180hz
