input lag after a couple of minutes of playing

My game of choice is Titanfall 2 and it's my favorite shooter i had to drop because it's just miserable to play like this. If anyone knows the feeling when your mousepad gets wet and the mouse gets really floaty and slow, also similar to having vsync on. I join a game, it feels great for a couple of minutes, then usually i feel some kind of a microstutter if i happen to move my mouse at that moment, then mouse starts feeling sluggish and the feeling gets progressively worse. Other source games feel good, Kovaak's feels good, recently i've came back to playing bf4 and it feels as sharp and responsive as usual, maybe a bit sluggish with sharp flicks but I figured it must be my 60 hz display (please dont bully i am planning on upgrading when i have a better life situation :p) because it doesn't compare to the level of lag i get when playing titanfall. I've been lurking on this forum a lot but sadly none of the solutions listed here in various posts helped me.
So, I've ruled that it's not an issue with game's mods/settings as I've tried doing a clean reinstall and switching to lowest/highest settings. My GPU/CPU load never get above 60-70% regardless and most of the time both stay at 30% with my fps reaching the cap. From the top of my head i tried these solutions that I came across:
Switching between my display resolution scale
Playing with different polling rates
Getting rid of old devices in the device manager (honestly there are a lot im afraid to touch but at least i got rid of all the extra mice entries)
Disabling my monitor in the device manager
Fiddling with NVIDIA control panel (trying reflex on/off/boost, disabling vsync globally, etc)
Completely removing Razer Synapse, upgrading firmware/software
Doing some stuff with regedit
If anyone helps at least narrowing down the issue i will be really grateful as i have no idea how to even measure lag. It's like i am imagining things but i know it's not placebo because i at least tried comparing the mouse movements with same sensitivity in other source games (tf2 runs on heavily modified source engine) and my mouse does feel more responsive in them
My PC Specs:
NVIDIA RTX 3060 TI from Palit
Intel i512400f
Kingston Fury 2x8 (stock settings but frequency is properly set in BIOS)
BenQ bl2420pt screen
Razer DeathAdder v3 Wired mouse
