Have both hdmi and displayport cable
Let say you use hdmi, start your pc with only displayport cable connected to gpu.(No need to remove hdmi from monitor or connect dp to it)
When you think windows is loaded and desktop ready , remove displayport and connect hdmi.
Or vice versa

bios initialization time:
hdmi: 7s
dp: 14-16s

Well Im far away from home , didn't tried on my system ,I tried on friends system.
He got 60hz monitor and mouse mobo vs all alien to me.
But I noticed games render "more far away" ? , also everything feels more 1:1
I was hoping you guys would try it
