Question about Zowie XL2566X+ Dyac and Asus PG248QP ULMB2

Hello, I play competetive games and im not a guy who knows much about monitors, my question is if I order 540 hz asus will I be able to use ULMB2 on lower herz for an example 360hz and 360fps locked will ULMB2 work good as on 540? because right now my rig can hit stable 350-400fps on cs2 and that is the only game I play.
Same question goes for the zowie xl2566x+ can Dyac 2 work flawlessly regardless of herz (fps is locked on herz).

A shame that all people's here simply ignore you.
All that i know is Strobing need to be used when you do FPS=Hz constantly, otherwise it will be "bad" and have a "lot" of crosstalk.
But generally those strobing is very well known to be perform at their max refresh rate, you can use them at lower hertz=fps lock of the lower hertz but it will not perform the same.
