search new display for my broking eyes

Hi,m' nl
I m a french geek and search a new display.
Actually i m use a asus pg279q since 6 years without problems ( before Asus vg248qe and dell s2417dg, s2716dg ) but i m want to change for a 32 2k/4k speed gaming display but eye strain.
I m try odyssey G7 32 curved, hp omen 32q , lg nano ips 32GP850-B , Dell 34 - S3422DWG
Dell Alienware 38 Gaming Monitor | AW3821DW
and eye strain ...
.
For smartphone, all oled eye strain ( samsung s7 s9, honor magic 7 pro , realme gt pro 7 , one plus 13, oppo find x8....), in ips iphone 11 work , motorola g75 not work
Can you help me to search a new display ?
