I completely fixed the desync and hit reg.

Everything turned out to be very simple, I am connected via FTTB cable, tariff for 100 Mbit/s. This method probably won't work for everyone, but it's worth a try. Go to the device manager - network adapters - select your network card - EEE Max support speed set to 10 Mbit/s duplex, also set the speed and duplex to 10 Mbit/s. Go to cs 2 or any other online game, try it.
Please write the result here, who it helped.

yes, you don't need to reboot your PC, your network card will reboot and then you can check. I can confidently say that this is not a placebo effect, since I am familiar with it, yesterday I just realized that all these tweaks and supposedly that the monitor screen should not be blurry and so on are complete bullshit.

It's a pity that everything came back to you

when you have a normal hit reg and no desynchronization, your monitor screen is exactly the same as usual, mouse control is exactly the same as usual, but there is no more bullshit that you are killed behind a wall or you just can't shoot the enemy. In my opinion, these tweaks with the registry and so on are complete nonsense, I have all the power saving functions enabled in the network card settings, the same thing in the BIOS, I just enabled the XMP profile.

I'm very sorry that this didn't help you, this is the strangest thing, but for some unknown reason it helped me, yes, my speed decreased (when downloading something I just go back to 100), however, now I can play calmly. If someone wants I can record a couple of demos. I don't really understand this, but maybe it's somehow related to the packet buffer? If I go back to 100/1000/2500, it becomes impossible to play again.
