is the other one below the green rectangle also approved or those are the 2? because out of the 2 only the 24" is still available for purchase and I would appreciate 27" 240hz...

I just want a very good monitor with no issues especially for VRR and GSYNC... my current monitor VRR is stupid and broken and most likely never worked. I just didnt realised it until a while...

Like with a livestream with yt, discord, animated wallpaper. my VRR stay in sync with my foreground app at 144hz and its super smooth. without those it gets unsync or lower HZ so it feels not smooth and weird on the mouse. After some research with AI to figure out what is going on i learned that VRR should perfectly be in sync with the foreground app no matter how many other apps are opened in the background and should not be better or worst depending on what is on/off.

So now i really want to change my monitor. Until then I found a way to " fix" my VRR by having a 144hz animated wallpaper on at all time with some other things and it makes my game super smooth at the cost of more PC heat...

Also my current monitor never worked well. back in the day it flickered alot with gsync but it doesnt anymore for some reason but still most likely not work well. things improved when i turned overdrive mode off tho.

Blur Busters Approved is certification programme for motion resolution, and blur reduction tech which unfortunately can't be used simultaneously with variable refresh rate.

1.) Do not use AI for “research” purposes and use it as a point of reference for discussion of any kind.
2.) Do not use a animated wallpaper, as it adds unnecessary overhead
3.) Avoid OLED if you want to use VRR

As for your VRR concerns, each implementation is dependant on the model.
Blurbuster Approved Monitors are for enthusiasts which value backlight strobing, especially 60hz strobing. This is not the use-case you're targeting.

It is usually best to pair NVIDIA GPUs with G-Sync module displays & AMD GPUs with Freesync Premium certified displays.

If you're looking for a 27" 1440p 240hz display and have a NVIDIA GPU, displays such as the PG27AQN, AW2721D etc. might be interesting to you.

hey, what I mean is that I used AI to quickly search the whole internet to understand what my problem is and then find a way to "solve it " temporary. I dont know how to fix it I have to assume my monitor is broken. What i mean is that either its VRR being broken or not im not getting the HZ im supposed to get at least not stable without things running in the background like discord sharescreen which refresh my VRR constantly or animated wallpaper. with them on if i move my mouse i feels super smooth, when i game too and without them it feels like 60hz vs 144hz kind of deal and it also feel bad on the mouse.

anyway i just need a good monitor and its also a bonus if it works good with gsync but yeah the market for pure gsync monitor is not available at all or super rare and the "seller" are selling those models you wrote at like x5 market values. im not going to drop 1.6k on a monitor.

what i want to know is if the list is all " approved" or if its just those 2 in the rectangle. then if i can do research on which one handle the best gsync and which one people like the best on top of being approved for being a good monitor here for things like blur and stuff would be good. I would appreciate a model where if im moving super fast in my game i can read the npc names around me if im moving fast right now i legit cant read them thats how bad my monitor is

Yes, only the two in green "Blur Busters Approved Monitors" box are approved. Not sure why other lists still exist since they are outdated nor useful and it only confuses people. They should be removed imo. I've seen others asking similar questions.

Pretty much any monitor should handle VRR fine. Could be yours was an exception or issue was not monitor related.

The only way you can achieve this is by opting for one of the two paths to reducing motion blur:
1.) Frame rate-based (generating native or fake frame rate, limited by the display's native refresh rate motion clarity)
Frame Generation technologies such as LSFG, AFMF or NV MFG / Smooth Motion can be used for fake frames.
2.) Flicker-based (backlight strobing for LCD, BFI for OLED)

To be even more specific, you need a low persistence (<1ms MPRT) LCD strobed display or a ≥480fps game @ 480Hz on a (W)OLED to achieve the ability to read text clearly in motion.
Depending on the speed of camera movement, the former will obviously be clearer if the motion is faster (≥1920px/s)

In practice: opt for the XG2431 for it's great 60–120Hz backlight strobing implementation It's strobing @ 240Hz can be usable depending on how tolerable you are to it's crosstalk and brightness.
The XL2566K in it's 100–240Hz range for crosstalk-less strobing is also <1ms MPRT and might be a good option too.
The new E-TN's (XL2546X+, XL2566X+, XL2586X) might be an option too, but I haven't seen detailed tests on their implementations.
The purchasing decision depends on your use-case, such as the game in question & wanted brightness level.

Don't expect GSync Pulsar (VRR+Strobing) to be of good quality and a solution to your issue either.

Im not 100% sure what the issue is but im strongly leaning towards monitor is just defect at this point. I changed my whole PC and mouse too.

People told me that my VRR should match the refresh rate of my foreground app and on desktop it should be and feel like 144hz. well its not the case and its not even how it feels on the desktop. I legit need to have specific things running the background to make my VRR "reset" to stay in sync with my games/apps that way my games is so smooth on the eyes just like trying 144hz for the first time. Even on my desktop the mouse feel 144hz and if im not doing anything it will feel like idk 80-100hz, low enough to feel that something is up but not too low to realise it right away unless youre very used to 144hz +

Since people never could point the problem for me and i never could solve it i decided to give up and get a new one but there is so many things to take into consideration, so many models, also i have that fear that if im getting a new one it wont work too because maybe im doing something wrong...

am i ? to my understanding i just plug the displayport in and turn on gsync with good settings in nvidia control panel and turn windows vrr option on.

things im unsure : turning windows 11 vrr setting on yes or no , if my monitor is freesync do i need to turn it off otherwise there will be conflict with gsync ? i havent found a way to turn it off yet on my monitor osd and about displayport cable should i buy a good high end quality cable just to make sure it works properly ? even if my monitor cant use all the bandwidth?
