I tested it with and without overclocking, I deleted Windows 200 times here and there in the hope of fixing it, but everything is the same

in cs 2 fps stable 600-700 fps without drops but the picture is like fps 100 there is no smoothness at all everything is blurry when turning the mouse there is no softness of the weapon recoil everything is jerky and the screen shakes very much
also in all other games especially apex - warzone - rust

i got 9800x3d 4070 ti super with gskill cl30 6000mhz

i tried custom ram timings, custom Windows Version, every tweak but i cant fix it
my games feeling delayed my mouse feel sh1t

i think this is just amd

Any help on this ?

Test higher polling rate on the mouse. My turnings are much smoother with 4000Hz.

i have 8k mouse and i will never go back to 1k

have the same problem, ghosting and input delay even with high rig 4090 plus 13700k. tweaks hidden bios bring some improvements but can never feel smooth like other pro player
