Some things that might be of help

I decided to make an ISO based on the latest version of Windows 10 and I had to do a few things to make it work. Some of these feel like they contribute to solving the input lag problem so I'm going to share them.
1. I updated my BIOS and I don't know if that causes Intel Serial IO I2C Host Controller to be active or the latest Windows 10, but I never had this before on a fresh install. The difference seems to be positive and disabling it starts ruining consistent mouse movement, otherwise I did all of my tweaks.
2. I changed the Command Rate of my RAM from 2T to 1T. I previously experimented with this but I had desync issues, but now I manually set the timings and there is a pretty big improvement in latency over 2T without much performance loss.
3. In SCEWIN I tried 3 settings
PEP SPI - Disabled
PEP XHCI - Disabled
PEP Audio - Disabled
These feel better when disabled but I doubt they contribute much to anything.
