Nvidia/AMD Scaling options effect on mouse input and input lag

I always see people saying to use No Scaling for NVIDIA users, but they never get into how it affects mouse input (assuming it also affects it like on AMD). All I ever hear them say is "if you're using a native resolution use No Scaling".
When it comes to AMD, I never see anyone talking about the scaling options. In optimization videos they usually just skip the setting, leave it at default (aspect ratio), or change it to full screen. No explanation as to why, or about the effect on mouse input.
NVIDIA has No scaling, aspect ratio, and full screen.
AMD has Center, aspect ratio, And full screen.
From my understanding, Center and No Scaling are similar but not exactly the same.
I have an AMD RX 6600XT and when I use the Center scaling option, my mouse feels faster, almost like my sensitivity in games is faster. When i use Aspect Ratio, it feels a little slower (like some sort of smoothing maybe? idk), Feels like my sensitivity is also slower in games, and when I use full screen, It feels terrible. It feels distorted, like my mouse movements don't match whats happening on my screen, and it also makes my mouse and in game sensitivity feel way way slower.
This is also with the scaling overriding the scaling settings by games, but when I don't override the scaling set by games, it defaults back to Aspect Ratio which just ends up feeling the same as if I were to still be using Aspect Ratio and overriding the scaling set by games.
Another thing I notice is that they each feel different in terms of Input Lag, but then as im testing them, I don't know if I'm really feeling a difference or if it's just placebo.
I also notice that it looks like my FOV changes in games. Depending on what scaling method I'm using, my FOV will look taller or wider.
