PSU circut non-polarized caps outer foil lead to ground

When building an amp placing non-polarized caps with their outer foil connected to ground or circuits lowest impedance will shield the cap itself , this can reduce amount of RFI they pick up and prevent capacitive coupling between components and nearby wires
Some caps marked at the factory with a indication to outer foil lead but sometimes (most times) they mark it wrong
You can test it with oscilloscope , and adjust it in the psu circut. I dont have a oscilloscope
If psu manufacturers care about it which I dont think so possible that some lucky and unlucky power supply units out there
