I suffer from massive Desync. Am absolutely unable to be good at any game. I know its not an skill Issue, and not an hardware Issue, and not an Software Issue. I really really already tried everything, absolutely everything. Its not an Internet Issue either.

-dont bother telling me that as I know for a fact it isnt.

I found out something really weird and absolutely not normal which 99.99999 percent has a correlation to my massive desync. (Floaty mouse is not my Issue).

On every single MSI board, may it be z790, h610, b760, and every single keyboard I tested, (tried office, gaming keyboards, not wireless though-6 in total), I am NEVER NEVER able to boot into bios through f2,delete, f10, f11 or f12. I obviously changed ports to usb2.0 3.0 3.2 and obviously disabled fast boot in bios. I NEVER am able to go into bios through keyboard. (I even tried different bios versions to no affect at all)

This tells me my problem is 1000000 percent an electricity Issue. I tried different sockets to no affect. I tried different poor power strips to no affect. I need desperate help please! I know its a power Issue no question but how can I finally fix it?
I tried different pcs with different psus.

Can a power strip with surge protection and EMI filter fix it? What can I do? I would be so so so so glad when Someone tell me the answer. When playing on Laptop via Battery, the problem is abbit better but not fixed. I think the dirty electricity stays in the battery

Can you post like 2/3 minutes of your gameplay? I want to see how bad is that "desync"

I think you should consider analysing any EMI-related problems with spectrum analyzers and/or oscilloscopes operated by trained professionals, not try hunting for casper by yourself in these subforums.
Power strips with "surge protectors" & "EMI filters" are borderline snake-oil without any long-term data which I've mentioned above.
You need a team of electro engineers that would analyse your power quality for a week (ideally longer) to come to any type of conclusion as to what you'd need to stabilise / fix any kind of electricity related issue.

WARNING: It's better to look into stabilising HW & SW first than go down this route, as it can get extremely expensive for a majority of users.
Without such long-term testing data, any claims you've made in regards to EMI are unwarranted & misleading.

There are also ISP-related issues, which you cannot control either & most can't either unless you spend $$$.

As to actually troubleshooting your problem from the HW & SW side of things (as is the issue with most users here), you could provide your current HW & SW configuration as a starter for anyone to assist you.
Be detailed in listing them all out, even audio gear & networking gear.
You very likely have some HW component unstable and/or chose wrong software which causes overhead.
