Motion clarity experience when using 240Hz vs 360Hz monitors

I am hesitating between two monitors: a 240Hz IPS (LG 27GR95QE OLED) and a 360Hz TN (BenQ XL2566K). My main purpose is to play FPS games like CS2, Valorant, Apex.

What I care about most is motion clarity, not response rate or color. I have read many articles on Blur Busters and see many people talking about strobe backlight like DyAc+ on XL2566K, but I like the color and contrast on OLED.

With the human eye being really sensitive to motion blur, can 240Hz OLED without strobe be close to 360Hz TN + DyAc+?

Without DyAc+, yes, with DyAc+, no; the 240Hz OLED will have faster pixel response times, but the 360Hz TN will have lower MPRT blur due to the strobing.
