XG2431 vs AW2521H

Hello, everyone! As the title says, I am between those 2, yet I am open to any other better suggestions. I would love myself a 1080p display that has low ghosting, thus I opted for those 2 which I have found on the used market for similar prices. Are there any better choices? I play mainly CS2 and Valorant. I think I want to use BFI method for both, even though it locks the second one at 240hz, that isn't a problem, I actually can choose between 360HZ no BFI and 240HZ with BFI on the AW2521H. As of ghosting with and without BFI, I am not sure which one is better, and afaik XG2431 are also prone to failing. Which one would you go for if you could choose?

My main concerns:
0) I will probably play only at 240HZ as I can hit 360 fps but not constantly and it wiggles around 330-400 FPS, 360HZ could be considered only future proofing (yet I am not planning on using 360HZ any time soon)
1) I don't see the point of G-SYNC for my use case. Will I need to have it enabled for better response times? ( I know there is a Variable Override which might be better than the default)
2) Will the AW look better at 240hz? I am more interested in motion clarity and input lag, and I couldn't find anyone comparing those 2 monitors directly.
3) Will the AW have a similar input lag at 240hz compared to 360hz? How does it compare to XG2431?
4) The ULMB on AW: how does it compare to Zowie XL2546K and the Viewsonic XG2431? In terms of clarity and brightness.
5) What is a brightness that I should aim for in a regular use case scenario(for a house day and night usage, not directly in the sunlight, yet in a lit room)?
