That guy is playing against bots on his screen and the others can't react.

I firmly believe that there is no solution or something secret that some players know and the rest of the players don't... I believe that the 200 factors (Internet/electric/etc) that have to be optimal together to have a perfect game are only met by 10% of the players, the rest are doomed to have average/bad performance.

you are showing a 17 years old prodigy playing pug vs zywoo flamez and others,there is no secret he is young,and has fast reflex,also i thing most of the big players has public configs,also i can show you some videos like these for example,also remeber these guys has 20k hours in the game and more.
