Your favorites settings for quality

I found great tips about framerate and input lag here, very useful for competitive games.

But when I play casual games with friends or solo I don't care that much about this stuff, I want more quality. Do you guys have any tips/go to settings, I know it depends about a lot of stuff (hardware, game) my monitor is a 1440p/165Hz and my GC is an RTX 5080. Is there anything about global in-game settings, Nvidia control pannel or something else like Reshade that you use often.

What the best quality settings for you? What kind of AA/AI upscaling do you use? Do you still prioritise high framerate for solo games or do you aim for max quality and over 60FPS?
  • I use 2.25x DLDSR
  • if the framerate is too low I enable DLSS quality
  • native resolution in-game
  • no antialiasing, I really don't like FXAA and TSAA and I heard DLDSR is better than use native resolution and DLAA
  • I try to max/very high most settings, but disable most postprocessing like : chromatic aberration, depth of field, bloom

I always use the default settings from the developers. If I turn off dlss etc. then I start to feel very sick and nauseous. The default settings are made by professionals.
I can make a very good picture, but after 5 minutes of playing I feel sick... Maybe my vestibular system is weak.
