Hey guys, I recently ran into some issues in Valorant especially (happens in all games) having weird stutters randomly, sometimes more frequent sometimes less. In game the CPU wait GPU graph was also spiking everytime it stuttered. Since then I have spent 10 days, tweaking, rebuilding my PC, because for the love of god, nobody could solve this Issue. I reinstalled Windows countless times, reset everything, different bios versions, power outlets, everything. I bought a new CPU, Mainboard, AIO and RAM, kind of overkill but I wanted to upgrade at the end of the year anyway. However the Issue has gotten way smaller, but it's still there. Today I ran a Cinebench R23 CPU Multicore benchmark and while all temps were fine and I scored a score of 22.5k points I noticed the GPU wait time spiking to 1,960.70ms.
Now, is this normal or is my GPU the culprit for this Issue I have been having?
