I get ms spikes when engaging enemies cs2

I get ms spikes when engaging enemies cs2

Hello guys i hope u can help me i been trying to solve this mystery of problem!

for the last 3 month i have this Ms spike and its only happening when i engaging enemies in cs2, my ms goes from 3.4 to 15 and its only when i see enemys.
i been looking for this solution everywhere and i cant find any solution.
i have extrem good computer with over 350+ fps in game and 1000/1000 internet. i tryed everything i reinstalled windows 11
i tryed every tweak, and nothing works.
the only thing i can think of is the problem is that i have to flush my dns sometimes when i start the computer to make the internet/connection work) i dont know if there is any conflict in my windows with dns/ip. seen other have the same problem but no solution.
