Ferrite shielding rings are completely ineffective

Post by Sandy » 29 Jul 2025, 09:53

I bought 10 ferrite beads and used them all on my DP cable, but nothing happened. I also used the beads on the 220V power cord and even on the main power strip, but nothing worked. As long as input lag is there, it seems even God can't stop it.

Now the only thing I haven't tried is the isolation transformer

I just tried it, feeling the input lag is even worse than before. I've tried everything from voltage stabilizers to transformers to UPS, but nothing has improved. :(

Have you tried a medical grade isolation transformer? Or a double conversion UPS that runs entirely on batteries?
