I have returned already 2 units for the same issue, brand new and this is the 3rd monitor same model with exactly same issue.
Is this something normal or Im the unlucky guy in the world and I really got 3 defective monitors ?
Those seems to be subpixels but they are all over the screen, not very noticeble with normal use, but if you pay extra atention, and you go very close to the monitor you can see them.
Gaming and daily use I have to admit not really see them.

Dead pixels by the looks of it. It's rare, and isn't the norm. Usually it's just one or two pixels, not several. I'd return it and just buy a new monitor model at this rate, once or twice is unlucky. But three times? Sounds like a defective model at this rate.
