.NET 3.5 problems

Adjusting BENQ Blur Reduction and DyAc (Dynamic Acceleration) including Blur Busters Strobe Utility. Supports most BenQ/Zowie Z-Series monitors (XL2411, XL2420, XL2720, XL2735, XL2540, XL2546)

.NET 3.5 problems

I'm trying desperately to use the Blur Buster utility for my BenQ XL2720, but when I launch the installer it says I need .NET 3.5. I've enabled .NET 3.5 in Windows 8's "Programs and Features" list (and it seemed to download and install when I did). If I try to manually install .NET 3.5 from MS's website nothing happens, which I assume means it is detecting that it is already installed, but the Blur Buster installer can't see it. Anyone know what's wrong?
