I just want to share my problem.

Hello everyone, I want to share my problem, which I encountered about 3 years ago. I live in Russla, in the Moscow region. I don't have any input delays during the day or at night, but I do have a delay in the evening, from around 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a difference of +-30 minutes. This happens every day at the same time, except on Sundays, when there is no problem throughout the day. When it rains outside, there is also no problem.Although I think it's not an input delay, I think it's a display delay, because in addition to the input delay, there's ghosting behind the mouse and blurred images in motion, and the colors become worse. In other words, everything related to the image is affected. I've tried different filters, UPSs, and other solutions, but it doesn't help. In another location, my setup works well. I just wanted to share my issue with you, and I haven't found a solution yet. However, I suspect that some equipment is being activated on a schedule, and it's likely causing electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. But I don't know for sure.I'm sorry for my English, I used a translator.

I just wanna say I’ve been through the same thing. I play like a pro from around midnight till early morning (12 AM to 8 AM). Right after 8 or 9 in the morning everything goes to crap, my KD drops from 2 or 3 down to like 1 or 1.5. I’m on CoD BO6 and I also tested on CS2, at night I land headshots way easier, kill enemies faster, usually end up top 3.
I’ve done a few tweaks that helped but it’s still never as good as those midnight hours. Like disabling spectrum stuff, Intel C states and whatever people recommended using SCEWIN, it actually made a noticeable difference. Just like you said about the image getting blurry I had the same thing and after disable some EMI related stuff in the hidden BIOS it got a bit better though not 100%. You can search the post from other with the keyword SCEWIN. For me they improved 60%
As for UPS, tried a bunch too, no real effect, same with power filters, only temporary. But one time I ran my PC straight off the UPS battery (charged it then unplugged it from the wall) and visuals and gameplay felt really good, I kill enemy faster than anyone. Problem is the UPS battery only lasts a few minutes so I can’t really use it like that, plug it in to the wall and it went sh*t again. Some people on forums talked about using solar batteries or whatever, might be worth looking into.
I guess the best bet is being somewhere with cleaner power. For context I’m in an apartment building so my guess is when I’m playing at night there’s way less power usage from others and once everyone wakes up in the morning it all goes downhill.

I took an online ups for testing. Powered the computer and monitor from the batteries at 15.00 and there was no problem. At 18.00 and after 20.00, there was a problem, which suggests that the problem is not from the power grid, but from the walls and the air. electromagnetic interference

I solved the problem with a 12V, 200Ah LiFePO4 battery and a voltage inverter. I take the battery to work every day to recharge it.
You need to recharge the batteries at another house; otherwise, the problem will persist.

I have another problem. I don't have any electrical problems. I have an rfi and electromagnetic problem.
My computer works well on batteries, but not always. Only after 20:00. This indicates radio frequency interference.

His UPS was charged elsewhere. He was charging the batteries when the problem didn't exist. His problem stops every day at the same time. His problem persist without connected to grid.
can u share your inverter / battery?
