HELP:!: 1080p to 1200p

I have a 1080p75 board from a broken monitor, but i would like to use it in my 1920x1200 panel without the mirroring of the display at the bottom part.
the chip on the board is tsumu58cdt9-1 and my panel is LTM240CL03.
i've already replace 38 04 into B0 04 but still the same.
