I saw People in Forums talk about NAT and hitreg or that Port forwarding helps them in some games and after they start feel like difference in that and like normal again and about online gaming...
But in my case it don't and nothing helped or any difference at all...
I even paid 50bucks for OPEN NAT here (on my mobile provider) tried even this way...
cause i saw many people in Provider Forum ask for this Option or those who had problems with online gaming and connection at all...
But at end i think this all a big scam and nothing much important for most of popular online games and don't rly needed in most cases

. It's just so you and friends can open and host servers/lobby and connect to each other without issue...that's it i think and what it is all about this Open,Moderate,Strict NAT...
Here Ai explains it better than me:
An "open NAT" (Network Address Translation) is the best type of network connection for online gaming, meaning your device can freely send and receive data to and from other devices on the internet without router firewall interference. This results in the most seamless gameplay experience, with less lag, the ability to join or host games with any other player, and improved voice chat quality.
How it works:
Network Address Translation (NAT) is a technology that allows multiple devices on a private local network to share a single public IP address to access the internet.
Firewall Restrictions: Your router's firewall normally blocks unsolicited incoming connections to protect your network.
Open NAT: With an open NAT, your router's firewall allows for direct, unrestricted communication with game servers and other players.
But in my case even this don't helped or make any difference and I make for sure that it is OPEN and tested Ports many times...everything seems to work but my bad Online Gaming issues was not fixed by that...in no way...
+ and read about IPV6 and which most people have and own...
IPv6 is designed to largely eliminate the need for Network Address Translation (NAT) because its vast address space allows every device to have a unique global IP address, though IPv6 NAT (NAT66) is technically possible and used in rare cases for specific reasons like privacy or network renumbering.
Why IPv6 doesn't typically use NAT
Vast Address Space: IPv6 has 128-bit addresses, providing a nearly limitless supply of unique IP addresses.
End-to-End Connectivity: The goal of IPv6 is to restore the end-to-end connectivity that NAT broke in IPv4 by giving each device its own global address.
Simpler Network Design: Without NAT, network configurations become simpler and more efficient.
Like if I understand it right then you can just use your IPV6 only and after connect to some VPN service as example which supports that and get then an IPV4 that way and play...and completely avoid NATing this way from Provider and by Router too ? Or im wrong ?
So all this NAT talk sounds more like bullshit than real FIX but i can't speak for everyone and maybe some People rly fixed there online gaming ISSUES just by that...everything possible...
Some People even reported that just by turn off IPV6 in network settings helped them and improved there Online Gaming...but this FIX was not for very long time and bad shit happened again like with many other FIXES...
See you in 1 or 2 Month and after please report how you feel and if still same stable form and good and fixed your Online Game...
Edit:
I myself don't play this Game and never tried but I can tell from my own experience that I saw Players in my Team many times who had too 100+Pings but performed as if they play on 10+Ping and much better than these who had really those low 10+or 20ms Ping in the TAB...
But this is Valorant Game im talking about right now and its probably about just how very fair the Lag Comp probably works in this World.../ironieoff
