I have no idea why but it's night and day difference, sharp image, no blurryness and input lag is gone.. I posted 1-2 weeks ago about (https://komodoplatform.com/en/) completely stuttering when entering their website but now its full smooth and no issues.

How can this be possible?

if default lan / wan has power delivery dc line (5v/12v), it can make sence.
you can try find ethernet surge protector (with metal shield rj45) and ground it on PE or N in your socet.

do you use wifi mode to play online?

Do you mean this? https://a.aliexpress.com/_EHVOIWu

Wouldn't the UPS network surge protector RJ does the same?

Main reason is electrical courent on twisted pair. Can be caused by POE on ISP switch and other things.

To fully solve your problem I would recomend to buy:
1) Media converter rj45 to sfp
2) PCI-E sfp lan card *.
3) Couple sfp 1gb adapters
4) Fiber optic patch cord

* If you play CS/Valo best for 1gb connection is Intel i210 Fiber Optic PCIE because of anticheat compatibility.
