Did anyone try this

I came across this page in a rather uninteresting Steam thread about input lag but was pretty surprised about how effective it is.
Even though it is a GitHub page, I cannot tell if it is completely safe.

The link can be found on the third page of this discussion.

If it can't be accessed here, I'll try putting it up on GitHub later or find another way.
After one day it still is the most prevalent change I experienced regarding what I perceived to be EMI lag. This aims to reduce both that and CPU microjitters.

The page can be translated with AI because there is no option to do that directly in any browser. I attached an image with some basic settings that work best for me.

I leave everything else on Auto, but I guess it is. The whole concept is to stabilize your CPU or something like that.
