l've been using the same AW2310 (CCFL TN
120Hz 1080p) for 15 years and it's surprisingly comfortable for my eyes. I get eyestrain pretty easily from fast IPS or OLED panels, though my iPhone 16 Pro with True Tone is fine. I'm thinking about finally upgrading to an OLED, but I'm not sure if it will be as comfortable for my eyes. Price is not an issue - is OLED (or another panel type) generally easier on the eyes than my current monitor?
