No auto cap with latest nvidia driver

Latest driver 591.74 with DLSS 4.5 doesnt lock your fps with gsync+vsync+reflex below your monitors refresh rate. It now works similar as if you had gsync+vsync+ULLM in most games, it lets your fps go up to your monitors max refresh rate instead of the marginal just below, so you now get the full latency with vsync because it does not auto cap😢

So my monitor is 120hz and fps goes up to 120fps instead of 116fps (like before the latest driver) which lets me take all the vsync latency, now you have to do a manual fps cap again.

This happened as soon as I changed gsync vsync settings in NVCP, and when I changed it back it didnt work.

This happened after I installed the new driver in all the games ive tried that has reflex.

Anyone else get this problem if you change sync settings in NVCP? Ive tried flipping them on and off and same with reflex and vsync in game, tried turning ULLM off as well, no success.

Well because that adds latency. You want to cap it in game.

Gsync+vsync+reflex was really comfortable to trust so you didnt have to worry.

But now it seems to autocap again like it should in bf6 where I had the problem before. Strange.
