Interesting note about hardware prefetcher in bios

For those who is struggling with stutters in games (especially on AMD platform). Try to disable Hardware Prefetcher settings in bios (L1 Stream HW Prefetcher and L2 Stream HW Prefetcher).
After switching them off i have almost 0 stutters in Squad/Arena Breakout/CS2 and others.
Just try it out and let me know if it helped
