CRU red text issue?

I'm trying to set a 180hz mode on my 240hz monitor. My monitor doesn't come with a 180hz setting natively and if you use a custom resolution in NVCP, it locks out DLDSR which I need for some older games that don't have good AA methods.

So I tried using CRU to make a custom 180hz setting that would be seen as native so nvidia doesn't lock out DLDSR but no matter what settings I try, CRU refuses to let me make a 180hz setting. The text is always red and the okay button is greyed out.

Is there a particular reason you're interested in creating a fixed 180 Hz refresh rate setting? VRR & a frame limiter of some sort is usually the preferred method.

If you still want to chase that path:
Have you created a Detailed resolution in the “Extension Block”? This is the preferred method when creating resolutions on new displays.
Make sure to change the Extension Block Type from CTA-861 to DisplayID 1.3 beforehand.
