I found these settings in an Adrenaline control panel replacement:

Changing them greatly improved my input consistency and now I can use my mouse way more confidently in games and even on the desktop. It feels like how it should be when you just want to effortlessly click on things.

You are finding new "input lag fix" every week maybe you should visit a doctor? And your so called "tweaks" do absolutely nothing about input lag. They only break windows

What values did you set?

I need to test it
EditDownloaded the Radeontuner and the 2 options you mentioned are greyed for me, can't figure out why..

These used to be visible in older driver versions but think they hid them in newer? Another temporary fix imo.

-1 for both but unfortunately games with kernel ACs reset them to 0

Have you looked at the updated tweaks folder? Or the full program I made? I'm using both and still think that my games run better factually and not just feel like they do.
