Hello,
I play mostly Valorant and have a question regarding monitor technology for holding angles. When waiting for someone to peek a corner, which is better: OLED or Pulsar?
I understand that Pulsar might have better motion clarity at certain refresh rates, but I’m not as concerned with that. I am primarily interested in which technology offers the fastest reaction time to see an enemy peeking my crosshair. I assume the lowest response times on an OLED would give me the advantage, but I wanted to get some opinions. Thanks!
I think motion clarity is better for high TTK games probably or games with lots of shit moving around, but not games like CS or Val where reaction time is number 1 where a one tap can end your round

Tactical FPS benefit more from pushing higher refresh rate.
500Hz QD-OLED or 540→720Hz WOLED are the clear winner.
I suggest waiting on next generation OLEDs, as there's seemingly a 24.5" model coming. Perhaps even RGB stripe, so you avoid the whole 'fringing on black shapes' issue.
